Transactions are through PayPal, directly through a PayPal account or with a major credit card through PayPal. 

All greeting cards will be shipped in a bubble-wrapped envelope. All prints will be protected with either cardboard or mat board and shipped flat.

Items will be shipped Canada Post and will take between 7–13 days to arrive in Canada. US and international destinations may take up to 2 weeks for arrival from when the order is made. Exceptions include: if the product is out of stock, which will require production time and may be an extra 3-4 days. Hot off the press items are the best!

Please ensure mailing addresses are correct on PayPal checkout. I will not be responsible for shipping to a wrong address that is listed on a PayPal account.

Please indicate at checkout in the PayPal "notes to seller" field, if items are a gift. I can include a custom note.

Please note: Canadian citizens may be charged Provincial and Government sales taxes at checkout with PayPal.

International customers may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. These additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient. I have no control over these charges and can't predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely internationally. Please contact your local customs officer for further information. 

To keep costs down for the customer, items are shipped with no tracking number or express post. If tracking methods and/or express shipping is desired, please note that shipping costs will increase at the customer's expense. Please indicate at checkout in the PayPal "notes to seller" field that either a tracking number and/or express post are required. I will provide the shipping quote. Once the additional costs are approved by the buyer, I will invoice the customer for the extra shipping cost.

I do not accept returns unless the product is damaged during shipping or if the wrong item is received.
